BPM Service group for Operation Mapping in a cluster

Dear Members,

We are using a operation mapping imported into NW BPM.

Post deployment the BPM creates a service group of type WS. When I see the configuration it has created consumer proxy for the WSDL with <localhost> and port of the App server. This works perfectly fine in all environments with single application server.

But in UAT where we have multiple app servers, the BPM fails because the service group configuration has been created with <localhost> and <port of App server1>. When the message is delivered to App server2 via JPR (WebDispatcher host and port used in the JPR URL) it fails as the <port of AppServer1> is taken with <localhost> as AppServer2 which is incorrect.

As a work around we have made the JPR URL to point to <AppServer1> and Port1 and it works perfectly.

How do we make the service group configuration to work in case of multiple application servers.with load balancing.

Is there any SAP recommended configuration / setting to achieve this.

Thanks.

Regards,

Sudharshan N A
