Pre-requisites to install LUNA/MARS

Hi Experts,

I am doing an interface in HCI so want to install eclipse , Initially I checked the java version by cmd and I got the below screen:

So, the JDK version is 1.8.0_71 and I downloaded the eclipse mars jee but I am facing with the below warning:

Pls guide.
