SAP NWDS 7.3 - Connect PI system

Dear All,

Trying to get familiarized with SAP PO as a PI developer and I have installed NWDS 7.3 and Install Updates. But I am not able to see the option "PI Tools Configuration " to connect to PI server.

plz advice what needs to be done..

Clicked on "Install Updates" but message appears "There is nothing to update"
