Not bale to access the ESR and ID for SAP PO 7.4

Hi Experts,

A new installation have been done for SAP Po 7.4 . Iam able to access the SLD,RWB,NWA but unable to access the ESR and ID and exchange profile  .

I see parameters setup  in configuration -Infrastructure-Java Systems -Service tab - XPI Service :AII Config Service parameters are set up.

For service users the pwds are not setup . Please let me know what parameters needs to be added to access the ESR and ID .
